Privacy Request

This form is for privacy and data requests concerning information Roesas may hold about you. You do not need a Roesas account to use it.

Which rights you have depends on the law that applies to you, and they may be subject to legal exceptions. Roesas may need to ask you to confirm your identity before it releases, changes or deletes personal information.

What this form is not for

This route handles privacy and data requests only. Sending something else here delays it, because it reaches the people who handle data requests rather than the people who can answer it.

If you advertise on Roesas and need help with your account, your advertisement or a payment, use your message centre, which reaches a person.
If a person is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services. Roesas is not an emergency service and cannot intervene.
For what Roesas does and does not check before an advertisement appears, see the Safety policy.

See the contact page, the Safety policy, and the Privacy Policy.

What Roesas records when you use this form

Roesas records the name, email address, request type and details you submit, and the date. That record is how the request is handled and is kept as evidence that it was made and what was done about it.

Roesas does not store your IP address or browser details from this form. Submissions are rate-limited to prevent abuse, which uses your network address at the moment you submit without retaining it.
